When color matters, our RBU responsive fluorescent ink base for energy curable inks, delivers. It’s a high-strength fluorescent formulation in a specifically formulated ink vehicle. RBU is a formaldehyde-free base ready to be converted into finished flexographic and lithographic UV curable inks by adding specific resins and a photo initiator.
The bright, high gloss colors these fluorescent pigments create have excellent printing characteristics. This makes them ideal for flexographic and lithographic, ultraviolet (UV) and electron beam (EB) curable inks.
They are formaldehyde-free and contain reactive components, so the temperature of the batch should not exceed 40°C during the manufacturing of these printing inks.
