Created for solvent-based formulations, PSP is a dyed/pigmented thermoset sulphonamidemelamine-paraformaldehyde resin. It has good lightfastness thanks to an incorporated UV stabilizer, and a high reflection of bright fluorescent colors, including a stunning greenish and reddish Chartreuse.
These daylight and UV responsive fluorescent pigments for solvent-based formulations are perfectly suited to calendered PVC foils, PVC & PU coatings, solvent-based paints, aerosols, and screen and gravure inks where coarse particle size is not an issue and needed.
For aqueous formulations, we recommend using the right combination of bactericide and fungicide preservatives to effectively control microorganisms.
