PR is a non-standard pigment for applications where no typical specifications are required apart from bright identifiable colors . As the formulation is changing continuously, the polymers used could be melamine- formaldehyde, benzoguanamine-formaldehyde, polyester, polyesteramide resins or a mixture of these. This means that color, color strength and some physical and chemical properties are not standardized.
If specific properties are required (heat stability, solvent resistance) our standardized product series (PS/PC) are recommended.Â
