This revolutionary new thermosetting polymer component is not dissolved by solvents often found in cosmetics and is ideal for use in slightly acidic and neutral conditions, but not in alkaline conditions. Easily dispersible, for the most striking fluorescent makeup results, process your formulations of ICE at temperatures <80°C.
